Lewis co-chairs task force to examine campus public safety procedures

MLive reports, "A 20-person University of Michigan task force will examine what’s working and what improvements need to be made with the university’s Division of Public Safety and Security. The "Advancing Public Safety at the University of Michigan Task Force" will review DPSS’ current practices, identify areas of strength and areas of concern, and provide concrete recommendations for improvement based on best practices, according to a university release. Lewis will be the co-chair, along with Daphne Watkins, a professor of social work.
