Javed Ail, Ford School professor, talked about possible topics at the meeting to be held between NATO and Ukraine next week. Ali also talked about Russias use of a hypersonic ballistic missile. He said the US may have been notified of the use of this missile as a "confidence building measures" between the US and Russia.
